The Microchip Technology 34LC02T-I/MS is a 2 Kbit EEPROM memory IC featuring I2C compatibility with a maximum clock frequency of 1 MHz. It operates from a single supply voltage of 2.2V to 5.5V and offers low power consumption with a typical read current of 1 mA and standby current of 100 nA. The device includes software and hardware write protection, a 16-byte page write buffer, and supports more than 1 million erase/write cycles with data retention exceeding 200 years.
