The Vishay 2W005G-E4/51 is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for standard applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50 V and an average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 2.0 A. The device has a peak forward surge current (IFSM) capability of 60 A and a low reverse current (IR) of 5 μA. It is suitable for printed circuit boards and operates within a temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C.
