The 1N4001 is a standard recovery rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50 V and a forward current rating (IFAV) of 1 A. It features a forward voltage drop (VF) of less than 1.1 V and a maximum junction temperature (Tjmax) of 175°C. The diode is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-41) package and is suitable for applications such as 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supplies.
