The Littelfuse 1.5KE51A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W at a 10/1000μs waveform, a breakdown voltage of 48.50V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 70.1V. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and has a typical thermal resistance of 15°C/W from junction to lead.
