The Littelfuse 1.5KE250A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W at a 10/1000μs waveform, a reverse stand-off voltage of 214V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 344V at 4.4A Ipp. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and is housed in a DO-201 package.
