The 1.5KE15A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage transient protection. It features a breakdown voltage of 15V, a peak power dissipation of 1500W, and a low dynamic impedance. The device offers excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 21.2V at 74A Ipp. It is housed in a DO-201 package and is suitable for applications requiring fast response times and low leakage current.
