Description
The Littelfuse 1.5KE150A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W at a 10/1000μs waveform, a breakdown voltage of 143V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 207V. The device operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has a low reverse leakage current of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V.
